Patriots go 2-0 in division as defense helps in big win over the Bills

The Patriots got their first game in the sun today and the Patriots play may have even outshined it. The game started out with the rookie Hernandez getting his 4th TD of the season they would miss the extra point attempt. Brady set a new NFL record throwing 7 TDs in the game finally showing some offensive firepower. Sydney Rice had over 300 yards and 3 TDs. Benn the rookie also had another TD to add to his rookie campaign. The Defense again had a huge game again getting 2 sacks one by newly acquired Tommy Harris and the other by Aarron Curry. Brandon Merriweather had an INT along with Jonathan Whilite who also had a forced fumble which Merriweather recovered. Winfield recorded 2 INTs. And with the clock hitting tirple 0 Pat Chung got an INT.
After the game head coach Bill Bellicheck after the game spoke quickly saying "Its good to start off 3-0 and especially 2 of those wins coming inside the division. The defense has played extermly well this season and I hope it continues to play this well deep into the season." When asked about Brady and the offensive performance of the Patriots he said "Well you know every week Tom is going to give it all he's got and than some I was very happy to see him break an NFL record in passing TDs. The running game has to improve though." Brady after the game said "We have a tough game next week in Miami on Monday night hopefully we can keep up the good work and bring home another win."
Fun Facts: Brady threw for 534 yards and 7 TDs surpassing 1200 yards on the season and 17 TDs. Rice had the best game of his career reciving with 11 catches over 300 yards and 3 TDs. The defense this season year has at least 5 turnovers in each game.
Next week the Patriots travel to Miami to play the Dolphins on MNF.
